Mr. Costa has over 28 years of consulting experience in a wide range of projects such as new construction, high-rise and historical renovations, manufacturing, indoor agricultural, schools and universities, hospitals, federal buildings, entertainment, sports, hospitality, laboratory design, data centers, tenant fit-outs, residential, retail, transportation including waterfront\docking facilities, building and ground mounted photo voltaic design.

SENIOR PRINCIPAL

Mr. Daniel Herzig has 30 years of experience in mechanical and electrical engineering, commissioning, on-site supervision, construction coordination, construction management, project initiation, and development and both project and team management. His experience covers a wide range of projects such as clean room, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, laboratory, specialty manufacturing, cryogenic distribution, specialty gas and utility distribution, university, LEED, hospital, office, historical, library, new and renovation, historical renovations, schools and universities, and industrial plants.
