Mr. Costa has over 28 years of consulting experience in a wide range of projects such as new construction, high-rise and historical renovations, manufacturing, indoor agricultural, schools and universities, hospitals, federal buildings, entertainment, sports, hospitality, laboratory design, data centers, tenant fit-outs, residential, retail, transportation including waterfront\docking facilities, building and ground mounted photo voltaic design.

Mr. Patterson is a Principal and our Mechanical Department Head. Mr. Patterson brings a strong technical background along with hands-on experience, and he has worked extensively in large-markets including Los Angeles. He has managed an array of ground-up and mixed-use residential educational, indoor agricultural, retail, commercial, and industrial projects. His knowledge of building codes and field experience makes him a versatile leader of the company adept at handling multi-disciplinary design and administration efforts.

Ms. Reddy is our HVAC Manager. She specializes in the design and trouble-shooting of all types of HVAC systems, with particular consideration of the Facility end-user. She has 28 years of experience in all aspects of engineering and construction from initial design concept through construction administration and commissioning.
