Mr. Costa has over 21 years of consulting experience in a wide range of projects such as new construction, high-rise and historical renovations, schools and universities, hospitals, federal buildings, entertainment, sports, hospitality, laboratory design, data centers, tenant fit-outs, residential, retail, transportation including waterfront\docking facilities, building and ground mounted photo voltaic design.
Mr. Zaino is our Business/Electrical Manager and brings with him a third generation of knowledge and experience to the engineering industry. His over 12 years’ of electrical design experience provide him all the tools needed to meet the challenges of an ever-changing clientele and industry. Included in these projects have been educational facilities, hospitals, office buildings, sports complexes, hotels, casinos, and restaurants.
Ms. Reddy is our HVAC Manager. She specializes in the design and trouble-shooting of all types of HVAC systems, with particular consideration of the Facility end-user. She has 26 years of experience in all aspects of engineering and construction from initial design concept through construction administration and commissioning.
Mr. Evans is our Fire Protection Manager. He has over thirty years of experience designing fire protection systems for medical, institutional, government and retail projects. Mr. Evans takes pride in his work and takes a hands-on approach to all aspects of his engineering; this includes scheduling, drafting, design, and conducting flow tests.
